Sales, No Refunds & Delivery Policy

Effective August 16, 2026. Please review this policy before placing an order.

All sales are final, subject to rights and remedies that cannot legally be waived. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been fulfilled or digital access has been provided.

Digital PDF products

PDF adventures are digital products for personal, non-commercial use. After successful payment confirmation, the customer is directed to private download access. Access remains available for 30 days from purchase and then expires. Customers should download and save the PDF as soon as access is provided.

A digital sale becomes final when download access or the PDF file is provided. The purchaser is responsible for saving the file and using a compatible PDF reader, browser, device, printer, paper, and ink. Loss of a locally saved copy does not cancel the sale; contact us with the purchase email and receipt reference for reasonable recovery assistance.

Physical kits and mystery contents

Each kit is intentionally unique. Photographs and completed scenes are inspiration and reference images, not itemized promises. Colours, textures, decorative pieces, mystery items, packaging, and exact contents may vary while remaining consistent with the written product description. These expected variations are not defects or grounds for a refund.

Physical kits are final sale once shipped. If a tamper-evident seal is used, opening or breaking it ends eligibility for any voluntary return. This does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

Limited exceptions

Contact us promptly if you were charged twice, did not receive the product, received the wrong product, or a physical order arrived damaged or materially different from its written description. We may request the order number, photographs of the unopened package, seal, shipping label, contents, and damage. Where required, the remedy may be replacement, redelivery, correction, or refund.

Delivery records

For fraud prevention and order support, EverTrail Adventures may retain payment references, product and policy versions, acceptance date and time, delivery or download events, shipping records, package weight, and order photographs, consistent with our privacy obligations.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us first at scavengersupport@gmail.com so we can investigate promptly. Fraudulent or knowingly false disputes may be contested using payment, policy-acceptance, delivery, download, correspondence, and order documentation.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that requirement applies.
