Information we collect

When you contact us, submit content, or purchase a product, we may receive your name, email address, order or payment reference, messages, shipping information when relevant, and information you choose to provide. For digital delivery, our systems may record the purchased product, policy acceptance, payment confirmation, access and expiry dates, download time, IP address, and browser or device information.

How we use information

We use this information to answer inquiries, process and fulfill orders, provide customer support, maintain download access, prevent fraud, keep business records, and respond to payment disputes or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Payment processing

Card payments are processed by Stripe. EverTrail Adventures does not receive or store your complete card number. Stripe processes payment information according to its own privacy policy and legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be handled by providers that support website hosting, payment processing, email, file storage, fraud prevention, and order delivery. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect customers, EverTrail Adventures, or the integrity of a transaction.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for order fulfillment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal requirements. We use access controls and private delivery links, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about your personal information or request a correction or deletion where applicable. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
